HotelsCalendar for hotels: channel and website bookings in one planner, one rate edit pushed to every channel. 14-day trial, no booking commissions.

Morning in a twenty-room city hotel: a wave of check-outs, 'is the room cleaned yet?', an unpaid overnight check-in — and a channel booking sitting in the inbox, waiting to be copied into a spreadsheet. Dozens of these little things pile up over a day, and each lives in its own place: the email in the inbox, the rate in the channel extranet, the question in a receptionist's private chat. HotelsCalendar gathers this day into one window: planner, front desk, cash and guests — in one system and one subscription. Nothing gets lost along the way.

City hotels and small hotels

Bookings — in one planner

Week of September 8–14 · 9 rooms · channel and website bookings in one planner

Check-ins, check-outs and channel bookings live in one planner — the PMS for a small hotel keeps rooms, guests and money together. A channel booking appears in the planner by itself: with the guest, the booking number and a notification in the corner of the screen. A direct booking from the website lands right next to it.

'Who's in room 204?' — every hotel's question; the answer is in the guest profile: past stays, documents, the whole booking. A returning guest doesn't split into three 'new' ones — duplicates are merged by passport, email and phone.

One rate edit — pushed to every channel

Weekend rates are edited in rate plans with one click.

Season

Bulk rate changes for seasons and holidays — with a 'was → will be' preview.

Changes go out by themselves to more than 100 connected channels. The Channel Manager computes availability from the same calendar: a night sold in one channel disappears from the others at once — the usual cause of double bookings goes away.

Check-ins and check-outs — without the scramble

The today dashboard shows check-ins, check-outs, occupancy and rooms that need attention; alerts remind you about an unpaid check-in and a room that isn't ready.

Check-in takes one or two clicks from the queue; after check-out the room switches to housekeeping by itself.

Cashier shifts and the money movements log sit next to the bookings — no notebook at the front desk.

A guest question — with an owner

Guest emails and questions from the Guest Portal live in one pipeline of six stages — every record has a stage and an owner; an overdue answer is visible at once, the default threshold is eight hours.

Breakfast and a transfer are ordered by the guest — the order goes straight into the booking price.

Добрий день, Ганно! Звісно — стійка працює цілодобово, ключі будуть на вас чекати.

Direct bookings from your website

The Booking Engine sells on your website at your rates: the guest picks a room and pays by themselves, and the booking appears in the planner right away — next to the channel ones.

What this means for the hotel

  • A small hotel in one window: front desk, planner and cash desk
  • Channel and website bookings in one planner — no copying from emails
  • One rate edit — pushed to every channel by itself
  • A guest question with an owner; overdue answers are visible at once
  • The bill is the subscription only

NextSet up your rooms, connect a channel and take your first booking. For a family-run place the path is the same, only simpler — guesthouses; several properties under one owner — hotel and hostel chains. The price is in the pricing calculator.

Answers

Questions and answers

Is the subscription counted per room?

Subscription units are chosen during setup — rooms, beds or apartments, whichever way you sell the property; for a hotel, that's rooms.

Will bookings created before the channel was connected appear by themselves?

No: earlier bookings are migrated together with you, for the period you choose.

What if two channels sold the same room?

No booking is lost: the conflict is resolved in the planner by moving it to a free room of the same room type.

Do you take a commission on bookings?

No: the bill is the subscription only; modules are not billed separately.
