Frequently asked questions

What do I need for the trial?

14 days of full access to the entire product. A card is required: it is linked via Stripe with no charge, and you are only billed after the trial ends.

Is there a commission on bookings?

OTA commissions stay with the channel you sell through. Direct bookings made via your own Booking Engine carry no channel commission — that is the whole point of direct distribution.

Is it a long-term contract?

No. The subscription is paid in periods — 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You can cancel at any time: the subscription simply runs until the end of the paid period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, within the first 7 days after payment — contact support. After that, no refunds: if you cancel, the subscription simply runs until the end of the paid period.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Everything is included in one subscription, and the price depends only on the property class, the number of units and the billing period.

Can I change the number of units or the billing period?

Yes. You can add units immediately — with a recalculation of the remaining paid period. Reductions take effect from the next billing cycle. The billing period follows the same rules.
