Apartments

Apartments and aparthotels in HotelsCalendar: units in one calendar, the 'Apartment' class in rate plans, Airbnb among the channels, bookings without back-and-forth. 14-day trial.

A short-stay manager's morning: check what's sold on Airbnb, what on Booking.com, what on your own website — and answer when check-in is and which documents are needed. HotelsCalendar treats apartments and aparthotels as units with hotel mechanics: one calendar, channels including Airbnb, the guest gets ready for check-in by themselves.

Apartments and aparthotels · short stay

Units — like a room inventory

Units in one calendar · flexible dates: a booking stretches with the mouse

An apartment in the system is not 'a room with caveats' but an inventory class: the 'Apartment' class is built into rate plans, and the subscription is counted per apartment — the way you sell. Dates are flexible: a booking stretches with the mouse, the total recalculates by itself.

The planner is the same one a hotel uses: the PMS runs aparthotel units short-stay — housekeeping statuses, guests, cash — without a separate 'short-term rental program'.

Airbnb — among the same channels

Airbnb stands in one row with Booking.com and the rest of the channel catalog.

The Channel Manager pushes unit rates and availability from the same calendar where bookings live: the website and the channels sell from one availability, no editing in each channel's extranet.

An Airbnb booking lands in the planner by itself — with the guest and the booking number.

The guest gets ready for check-in by themselves

'What time is check-in' and 'which documents' move into the Guest Portal: the guest adds companions by themselves — capacity is checked by the system — and uploads the documents; passport fields are encrypted at the application level.

Services — transfer, parking — the guest orders with the booking or separately, and for scheduled services picks a slot and sees the remaining places. Date changes go through a request: the hotel enables this feature on request — the decision stays with you.

Payment — by the rate rule

The Booking Engine shows units on your website: the guest picks a unit and dates by themselves, no back-and-forth.

Card payment through Stripe follows the rate rule — a percent, the first night, the full amount or a deposit hold, where the card is held and released by itself. An online payment link can be sent from the booking card — to guests who didn't book on the website.

What this means for apartments

  • Unit and dates chosen by the guest on the website — no back-and-forth
  • One availability for Airbnb, Booking.com and your website
  • The 'Apartment' class in rate plans; the subscription is counted per apartment
  • Deposit hold: the card is held and released by itself
  • Data in the EU, staff access by roles
  • Interface in Russian and English — more languages on the way

NextStart with one apartment: connect Airbnb and take your first bookings. When there are ten units, they stay in the same calendar: apartment networks. Your property's price is in the pricing calculator.

Answers

Questions and answers

Is the subscription counted per apartment?

Subscription units are chosen during setup — rooms, beds or apartments; for an aparthotel, that's apartments.

Will bookings created before the channel was connected appear by themselves?

No: earlier bookings are migrated for the period you choose.

What if a unit was sold in two channels?

No booking is lost: the conflict is resolved in the planner by moving it to a free unit of the same type.

Does the guest book by themselves?

Yes: on your website the guest picks a unit and dates by themselves, no back-and-forth, and the booking goes straight into the planner.
