Services — transfer, parking — the guest orders with the booking or separately, and for scheduled services picks a slot and sees the remaining places. Date changes go through a request: the hotel enables this feature on request — the decision stays with you.

Card payment through Stripe follows the rate rule — a percent, the first night, the full amount or a deposit hold, where the card is held and released by itself. An online payment link can be sent from the booking card — to guests who didn't book on the website.

Is the subscription counted per apartment?
Subscription units are chosen during setup — rooms, beds or apartments; for an aparthotel, that's apartments.
Will bookings created before the channel was connected appear by themselves?
No: earlier bookings are migrated for the period you choose.
What if a unit was sold in two channels?
No booking is lost: the conflict is resolved in the planner by moving it to a free unit of the same type.
Does the guest book by themselves?
Yes: on your website the guest picks a unit and dates by themselves, no back-and-forth, and the booking goes straight into the planner.
